Our Story
Since 2019
Makers Mark Joinery is a wood workshop and timber-framing company located in the beautiful Preseli Hills. Our focus is on creating sustainable, high-quality timber solutions for both large and small projects, ranging from traditional gates to eco-friendly homes.
Our company was established in 2019 by carpenter/joiner John-Jo Clare and project manager Tom Wallis. Since then, we have grown to a team of five skilled professionals with years of experience in woodworking and construction. From initial design to the final build, we are committed to delivering beautiful, creative, and sustainable projects that our clients can be proud of.
We are dedicated to sustainable practices, which is why we are able to mill and kiln-dry our own timber in-house. This enables us to work with local and native lumber from well-managed woodlands, ensuring the quality of the timber we use and offering fair pricing.
